We offer a 10-day hassle-free transit replacement guarantee for all physical solar equipment. If any panel arrives with broken glass, frame damage, or micro-cracks, take an unboxing photo and inform our team for a free replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellations are subject to return freight costs. Customized or bulk orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the product inspection is completed.
